Topic - Be Your Unlimited Creative Self

Expressing yourself creatively can be scary and bring up all kinds of resistance.
During this 55-minute teleclass recording, I lead a discussion around the different fears, doubts and limiting beliefs that keep us from expressing our creative talents.

I then take the participants through an EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) session to address any tension, stress or anxiety that comes up when we think about or take action toward expressing our creative side. After getting into a more relaxed and comfortable state, I take everyone through an EFT session for Being a Star. We release any resistance you might have to being a star and activate that part of you that is ready to shine.

Topic - Who's On Your Pedestal?

Are you intimidated by others?

Too often we put people up on a pedestal because they are well-known, well-educated, good looking, etc. We feel these people are out of reach or unapproachable due to the perceptions we have about them and their accomplishments. We often end up feeling intimidated and less than others who appear to be more successful.

It is alright to admire and appreciate what other have accomplished, but during this call, we discuss how worthy and deserving you are of having your own pedestal to stand on.

I also take you though the EFT process to close the gap between you and those that intimidate you.
